As a Coach, we want you to be fully equipped to disciple and lead the small group leaders under you. Below are pdfs of the tools that you will need to be an effective coach:

This is a summary page of what you should be regularly going over with the small group leaders under you. Use this sheet every month during your 1 on 1s to ensure that you are going over the necessary items with your small group leaders
Coach's Playbook (PDF)
This is the overview of what it means to be a coach here at First Assembly. It is a great reference guide and gives you a step by step explanation of how to be an effective coach, especially if you want to go in depth about the 6 P's and how to properly implement them in your 1 on 1 meetings with small group leaders!
