How do I know if I should attend LP?
Talk it over with your ministry leader or microchurch leader and let them know you want to go to LP. If after talking to them you both are in agreement that LP would be a good next step for you, then go ahead and sign up for the next orientation!
When does Leadership Pipeline meet?
LP meets on Sunday nights from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at the main campus.
I have kids. Will there be childcare at LP while we meet?
Yes! Childcare will be provided for those attending LP.
What do you do at LP?
You learn how to be a disciple and how to become a disciple maker. We do this through teaching, reading through a book on spiritual leadership, and breaking up into smaller groups called “coach groups” for interactive discussion to ensure that each participant is getting one on one attention and discipleship. We also have an intense weekly spiritual formation plan to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus and have a better grasp of spiritual disciplines.
