LIVE STREAM FAQ
We are excited to be able to share with you via Live Stream! Check out the info below for the most frequently asked questions.
Questions:
I can only hear audio. No Video?
If you can only hear the audio from the live stream and not the video, it is because your internet cannot handle the video quality of the stream and simply provides you with the audio. To change this, you can go to Menu, inside the video player, and click Quality. From here, choose a lower streaming rate such as 700 kbps (Medium quality) or 500 kbps (Lowest Quality).
I cannot see or hear anything?
If you are not getting any video or audio, it could be becuase of two issues.
* You need to make sure you have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. Here is the link to download the player. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ On this site, you simply select the type of computer you have (Mac or Windows) and then select the browser you are using. (Internet Explorer, FireFox etc.) From here you simple follow the install wizard and restart your computer.
* Another common issue is the type of browser you are using. The most common browsers to use are Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google Chrome and Safari. We highly recommend that you use one of the listed browsers. If you are having difficulty and have another browser installed on your computer, please close the current browser and relaunch the FAOG Online campus page with another browser.
Why Can't I watch the Stream on my iPhone or iPad?
You now can watch First Assembly Online with your iPhone or iPad device by clicking on the "iPhone", "iPad" icon at the top of the Live Stream page. This will automatically open the player on your device for you to watch.
* You cannot watch the Live Stream on the actual Live Campus Page. (Like you normally would from a computer) The iPhone and iPad do not support the Flash Player. So, make sure you click the "iPhone" "iPad" button at the top of the online page.
How do I use the Chat?
To use the "Chat" tab on the right hand side of the Onlne Campus Page, you click the Chat Tab and then login. If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can login using your Username and Password. If you do not have an account with Facebook or Twitter, you can create a Chat account with "Chat Roll". This simply asks for a valid email and username/password. Then you can discuss and connect with other members online.
* This is also a helpful place to go if your audio or video is not loading, to ask for help.
* If you chat with Facebook you may experience Facebook popups. If this occurs change your chat to Twitter.

Foundations
Check out Foundations, an 8-week study that will help you get rooted in basic Biblical principles, connect with the pastors of the church, get plugged into a small group and become a member of our church.
