Childcare Reimbursement
First Assembly wants to make having and leading small group as easy as possible for you. If your small group requires childcare, then let us shoulder the financial burden so that you and your small group don't have to! To ensure your childcare worker(s) get reimbursed for watching your kids, simply download and print the "Childcare Reimbursement Form" below before your small group meets and have your babysitter fill it out right after your small group finishes meeting. The following day, you can either drop it off in Pastor Matt's mailbox or mail it to:
